The pickleball court

The pickleball court at Grand Oaks

A full pickleball court on the property, with shaded gazebos and quiet grounds behind the buildings. It is the amenity residents actually use, which is why it leads the list instead of a pool brochure.

What is on the grounds

  • Resident pickleball court
  • Shaded gazebos
  • Quiet grounds behind the buildings
  • On-site laundry and valet trash
  • Private resident parking lot with security monitoring

The court is open to residents. Grand Oaks is on the Arlington Expressway, so the grounds behind the buildings are the quiet side, away from the road.

The pool, honestly

Grand Oaks also has a swimming pool, which is currently under renovation and will reopen when the work is finished. We would rather tell you that here than let you tour expecting an open pool. Ask the leasing office at (904) 820-2193 for the current status.

The homes

Grand Oaks has renovated one, two and three bedroom apartments on the Arlington Expressway, each with wood-plank flooring, an updated kitchen and an open living area. Live pricing for every open home is on the availability page.
