How to apply at Grand Oaks
Tour, choose a home on the live availability page, apply from its listing. Every fee and the deposit are spelled out below before you start.
The steps
- Tour. Use the chat on any page, call or text (904) 820-2193, or open any home on the availability page and use its showing link. Office hours are Monday to Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
- Pick a home. Every open apartment is listed live with its rent, size and availability date.
- Apply online from that home's listing. Screening criteria are provided with the application.
If you want the screening criteria before paying the application fee, call (904) 820-2193 and the office will walk you through them.
Fees and deposit
- Application fee: $65 per applicant
- Security deposit: equal to one month's rent
- Lease terms: 12 to 36 months
- Pets: registered and approved before move-in through an independent screening, then $25 per month per pet plus a one-time non-refundable $250 pet fee
Rent is set per home and moves with availability, so the only honest number is the live one on the availability page.
After you move in
Rent is paid and maintenance is requested through the resident portal. Grand Oaks has renovated one, two and three bedroom apartments on the Arlington Expressway, each with wood-plank flooring, an updated kitchen and an open living area. Live pricing for every open home is on the availability page.
