The three sizes
- One bedroom, about 675 square feet, one bath. For a single resident or a couple who would rather keep the commute short than pay for space they do not use.
- Two bedroom, about 991 square feet, two full baths. Two baths is the part that matters: roommates who would rather not share one, a couple with a home office, or a parent and child who each need a door.
- Three bedroom, about 1,194 square feet, two full baths and on some plans a half bath. For a family that needs three real bedrooms at an Arlington rent. Three bedrooms open up less often, so if you see one, tour it that week.
What is in every plan
Renovated before you tour it: wood-plank flooring, an updated kitchen with a full appliance package, and an open living and dining space, with real bedrooms, closets and windows. The renovated interiors page has the detail.
What it costs, and the homes
Every open home and its exact rent is on the availability page, live from our leasing system. We do not print a price here because it would go stale. The application fee is $65 per applicant and the security deposit equals one month's rent; how to apply is on the application page. Grand Oaks has renovated one, two and three bedroom apartments on the Arlington Expressway, each with wood-plank flooring, an updated kitchen and an open living area.
